A BIT ABOUT TONI
Hi babes! I’m Toni, and when I first began my journey into fitness, I didn’t have a single clue about lifting weights, building muscle or proper nutrition. All I knew was I had a growing interest in how the body could change with proper diet and exercise.
As I learned more through experience and research, it became more and more apparent that many of my preconceived notions about diet and exercise were either wrong or not exactly what I believed them to be. I also found that there was a lot of conflicting information about fitness and how to commit to a healthy lifestyle. It was overwhelming! What I didn’t know cost me a lot of time, money, and unintentional self-sabotage!
This fueled my passion to educate others about what I had learned. Living a fit and healthy life is more than just looking good on the outside. It is about slowly carving out the best version of yourself through patience and dedication. One of the most important pieces of information to remember, is that body changes take time; sometimes a very long time. So be kind to yourself. Be loving. Be fluid. If you don’t like something, then change it!
Today, I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience. As a results-oriented trainer, I strive to help people become the best version of themselves by finding the right balance to achieve and maintain their goals long term. My strengths lie in designing programs that improve strength, stamina, overall fitness,
and ultimately grow a healthy lifestyle.
My mission is to inspire others about their innate potential without sacrificing their health or well-being. The key to lasting results lies in trusting the process even when the going gets tough! Being fit is a lifestyle; reaching a certain goal doesn't mean you should stop.
"It's about progress, not perfection."
