Toni is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She is motivating, caring, patient, and fun. Not only has she educated me on proper form and different ways to target stubborn areas, but she has instilled more confidence in me than I’ve ever had around the weight room. She’s so knowledgeable about the body and extremely conscientious of my injuries. She always provides alternate methods for exercises if I’m unable to do them, but still pushes me to do my absolute best. Her workouts are so much fun and they kick my ass. She gives each person in class a personalized experience and has made a huge impact on me. Highly recommend!

Working with Toni has been the best decision I’ve made in the last two years to address my fitness goals. Over the last three years I’ve been dealing with awful low back pain and overall core weakness where my back was doing too much work. Since starting her Glute Rx class in May, I can’t believe how much stronger I’ve become physically and mentally. Not to mention, growing the booty! Toni really focuses on form and motivates women to lift heavier because we can. She’s the best!
